Interview
500-word motivational question followed by a HireVue interview.
HireVue was very difficult, probably because there was only one round in the interview process
Questions about what you would do if a client asked you to do something that breaches company policies, or how you would contribute in a group project where you were not the leader. Each question is long and has 3-4 bullet points with extra information you should include/ talk about
One technical question at the end, mine was to pitch a stock about any financial product
Written statement of short word count, extensive CV entry re experience and education, then standard hire vue (automated online interview which are reviewed by humans). This process was much shorter than other firms.
it will send hirevue automatically, including 6 questions, 5 of them is situational questions and 1 is probability question(very simple). All the questions are very basic, but the rate is low.
