I joined a job fair and sent my resume and got an interview on campus. It was a one-round interview and I was interviewed with a senior analyst for about an hour. He mainly asked some general behavior questions while I heard they asked technical questions before.

First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees

Accounting key principles and how do we handle different scenarios in live
it was quite rigorous . i applied it through linkedin and gave 3 interviw rounds. bunch of questions were asked and i gave most of them . majorly technical questions and some soft skills questions as well,
Very smooth had two rounds, one technical one HR both of which were not very difficult. As a campus recruit the process was seamless and had questions regarding major and extra curricular activities and participation.
