Interview
The interview process is of multiple rounds basis the position applied for. the first round is usually outsourced to filter for the needed profile or skill sets. Then goes another round to check communication skills of the candidate followed by Ops round and if cleared then HR round for remuneration negotiation
There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens
It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

How would I increase the availability and performace of any specific process.
Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
