1) Resume Selection - to ensure no fakes.
2) Initial round with HR - Telephonic (to ensure experience is original based on the customer worked in past and present)
3) Technical detailed interview - it can last for 90 or more minutes - in-depth questions with expectations with answers with real time business solutions offered.
4) HR - Perks discussion
5) Back Ground Check is performed to verify your employer, universities, colleges, references.

2 rounds of interview generally occurs. First round is a video conference technical round basically focuses on technical expertise and professional experience. Second round will be a client round which will also be a video conference.
