Garmin Engineering: Business Intelligence Developer II interview questions

I was read questions for a different position that made no sense to the role. Recruiters seemed disorganized. There was a BI manager that did not have any direct reports and he said he never uses their Oracle database and that the other person in the interview had more technical experience. He uses flat files and puts them into Qlick. He is using that over Power BI. He explicitly stated their data was a mess. I only wonder how much they are paying that guy, lol.
