I start at Google next week. I know there's no company dress code. How on average do people dress. For example, the standard dress at P&G for men would be khaki pants and button up long sleeve dress shirt. Rarely will you see a person wearing a t-shirt or suit.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (India)

    Interview

It involved a psychometric test with a set of games to test mental ability, memory, etc. After this two rounds of interviews were taken where HR and situational questions were asked.
    Interview

A situational question was: You are the manager of a shampoo product to be launched and at end moment you realise that the formula for the product has some errors. What would you do? Will you still do the launch?
