GEICO Management Developent Program interview questions

Met with recruiter at on campus career fair. Applied for the MDP program that week and was contacted the following week via email for an interview. After the interview was set up, the recruiter contacted me for an initial screening which end up being a full interview which took about 45 minutes - 1 hour. The salary discussed was very low - 40, 000 year with the opportunity to make more upon successful completion of the program. You will need to meet program prerequisites based on courses they feel are important. You have 1 year to complete courses if selected for the program. In all honesty I think the salary is too low for what they require of you while you are in the program.
