Interview
It was to long ti so wait, near 5 months expecting an answer. The interview in general terms is easy but the time took to make a decision was awful. They may appear as a well organized and big and strong company, but at the end they move with the ability in innovation of japanese citizen. the just in time just work if you are an island.
