Best thing is that it's a tiered system where you can choose your needs and package based on what works. Worst thing is that there is a deductible for any dental work. At one point it was 100 dollars per year but they may have reduced that.
Everything is on payworks application, your attendance and salary and tax slips, leave management.. full transparent.
Best thing = sick days. Cost savings has decreased the benefits drastically. Paying more and getting less. Feels cheap. Unfortunate.
Good health and dental insurance, but inconsistent employee bonus program - some recent years everyone got zero.
Très grande compagnie alors beaux avantages au niveau des assurances. Du côté des vacances ils ne sont pas au bon endroit comparativement au marché.
