Freeflow Productions interview questions

The scheduling is unorganised from the start, and there is only an indication of only one producer that is going to be meeting. However on the interview, it just dragged in another producer without being informed. The person they are looking for, doesn't correlates with the job description that is written. It is already flagging that there is going to be miscommunication and disorganised workflow. Especially the more they are looking for someone who are working on multiple field pipeline under the same role. There is high chance that they are also struggling and lost in going through this pandemic, with the shift in market requirements due to the lack of on-set shooting. They are also not receptive on people who are outside of their media circle.
