I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21 in Dec 2009
Interview
The interview process consisted of everyone going into a huge empty room in the nearby mall (the store had not yet opened) and doing an interview in front of everyone. People were not dressed like they were going to an interview; I understand it's a fashion job but I dressed fashion forward while still being a little conservative. I saw people wearing shorts and fishnet stockings and that's definitely not okay. The actual interview didn't consist of many questions at all; it was very short and I think that was just because I had retail experience already.
Easy only a few questions they would ask you what fast fashion is and if you can multitask. They want to get to know you as a person and hire you based on your personality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Winnipeg, MB) in Mar 2025
Interview
she asked your basic interview questions,
- why should i hire you
- tell me about yourself
- how would you deal with a difficult customer
over all it was good i say not difficult
Casual and Quick. Forever 21 asked common retail interview questions such as: What’s your biggest strength or weakness? Please give me an example of how you handled a conflict in a workplace setting? How do you work in a team setting? How do you respond to instruction and working on your own?
