    I worked at Forever 21 full-time

    Pros

The work is focus-driven, and if you're more in tune with doing labour work instead of customer service, it's a good job to get into.

    Cons

    - Workload can be a lot, by the end of the day I was dead-tired each day.
    - Work environment had a gossipy atmosphere.

I have been working at Forever 21 part-time

    Pros

You can wear the outfit you want.
    Flexible schedule.
Motivation to go beyond the sale objectives.
    Team work.

    Cons

The manager needs to check your bag before leaving from your shift.
No particular benefit, except 10% off when you buy from the store.
Day-to-day schedule is improvised (you don't know when your pauses and your lunch time are going to be).
Almost no rotation of tasks during the shift.

    Advice to Management

I wish there was a better structure for the everyday planning. It would be nice to start my shift and be able to know when I will be able to take a break/eat/change task.
