Since I was only part-time I did not receive health benefits, but they still offered paid time off to employees who remained with the company after a year
The worst thing about it the employee discount. It is only 10% and that does not apply to sale items
Only 10% off on the products
only a 10% discount, their excuse is "our clothes are already cheap"
2 weeks for holidays could be extended
shift hours are not fixed.
10% is what was given as the employee discount, and it was not combinable with current sales.
As a part time sales associate there were no benefits for the job. None. In fact if you took even one sick day, you needed to bring in a doctors note.
no health insurance, discount only 10%, stay overtime all the time you will stay 2 hours after closing the store, not many people work on the floor, hire every and anyone, turnovers are really bad, seen at least 5 managers come and go in the last 6 months
Very basic benefits that won't really help you with much. It is what you would expect from a retail job..
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
