I found out that they were interviewing from the sign they put at the entrance of the store, so I went in the next day for open interviews. Basically, five or six applicants sat down at a table with the manager while she asked us questions individually.
She only asked us three.
1) Why Forever 21?
2) a personal question specific to either something you already said or your application, so pick your words carefully and be ready to explain anything in your application about previous jobs or hours
3) Define "customer service"

Question 1
The personal question threw me off guard a little - I had stated in the first question that I wanted to work in Forever 21 because I felt comfortable there, and she asked me why I felt comfortable in the store.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
