it really all depends if they really like you. This company mostly like to hire by recommendation-friend or family referrals-I was referred by a friend.interview process -you will meet with 3 different managers.
The first interview is with the visual manager, second interview with the store manager, the final decision will be made by the head visual manager and sometimes the district manager. you will need to make a great first impression and dress the part,be sure to look fashion forward, look chic -FYI-do not wear a suit. show your fashion sense -hair, shoes, outfit, need to be on fleek.. be ready to wow them with your answers and experience and be bubbly.

you will get asked typical interview questions -should be no surprises there.Also be ready to show your merchandising skills, they will ask you to put together an outfit and explain why you chose the fashion pieces you selected and critique a visual presentation on the sales floor.
Easy only a few questions they would ask you what fast fashion is and if you can multitask. They want to get to know you as a person and hire you based on your personality.
