Interview
After filling out an application, I received a phone call from Forever 21 telling me that they would like for me to come in so they could have an interview. They recommended some times, and at the time I did not know it would be a group interview. So the day of the interview I expected it to be 1:1 but there were about 5 other people. We went to the food court and the manager had us go around introducing us and asked us pretty simple questions.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
