The interview process began with a short HR screening that lasted about 15 minutes, during which we mainly discussed my background, experiences, and motivations. After completing that, I moved on to the technical stage, which was a much more detailed interview lasting around 45 minutes. In this part, I was asked technical questions related to problem-solving, practical scenarios, and specific skills required for the role. It was more challenging and required me to explain my thought process, provide examples, and sometimes even reason through solutions step by step. Overall, the flow was structured—first understanding me as a candidate from a personal and cultural fit perspective, and then diving deeper into assessing my technical abilities.
