      Good culture Flexible working hours

      Cons

      The workload is very high, and deadlines are often unrealistic. Work-life balance is poor, with frequent overtime expected(overtime is un paid). The work environment can be toxic at times, and communication between teams and management needs improvement. Employee concerns are not always addressed, which can negatively impact morale and productivity.
