Interviewer kept it conversational and professional. Asked about my previous experience and gave me enough time to answer questions. I left the interview feeling positive even when I don't know if I would be called back.

I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
