Interview
1st is the Telephonic Round with Company HR to check your command over language and communication skills, Aptitude Test is a basic maths, grammar and typing test and last is Mock Call with Operations Manager which is situational based just to check your confidence and if you can manage the given situation over the call whether you know the process or not.
