Great interview process. Three interviews. They even do a spousal interview which is very unique and shows that they care about your family support! In the interview, they mainly want to know your story and how you got where you are today. Furthermore, they give you plenty of time to ask THEM questions.

Applied on line. Quick call back. Met in Person, agent asked several questions went over work history, job situations, ect. then district office for panel interview. Ran background check. Fairly simple, and everyone was very nice. Everyone in the company is very helpful if you have any questions on any products or system help.

Interview went well. As long as you know what you're talking about and have experience, then you're pretty much in. Spoke about the state of the insurance industry , how it's changing , and where it's headed . 8 years experience in the industry helped as well. Got hired on the spot.
