    Great commissions and renewal income

    constant rate increases with the company that creates problems with retaining clients in your book. Not the cheapest rates but not the most expensive.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how hard it actually is being an agent on the customer side. Live in our shoes for a day and stop trying to micro manage us even though we are 1099 contractors.

    Limited to Farmers products and rate class in current location.

    Advice to Management

    The new agency growth model is opening up opportunities for a sales scandal a la Wells Fargo. Agencies who used to make the bottom line on commission only now have to hit their targets in order to get to where they were.
