They give 3 interviews before offering a job. The 1st interview is with an HR rep but you won't get a 2nd interview unless you can get past HR. If you pass the 1st interview then your second interview is a phone interview with the manager over the dept that is hiring. If they like you on your phone interview then the 3rd interview is a panel interview with a mixture of 3 managers or supervisors. Each will ask you an assortment of questions and each will be writing down your responses.
