Interview
If you apply online, you get a quick phone interview and you talk about yourself to understand your background. After the phone interview, you get an email notifying for a 3 person panel interview. I got interviewed by the manager and 2 supervisors. They were professional and friendly. They asked behavior based questions and then you received an email after a week or two.
