After a brief phone interview I was invited for a formal interview and to take a standard typing test based on my extensive insurance backround. I passed the typing test. I was then escorted to the HR office for a 1on 1 interview that took about 20 minutes. I was asked standard behavioral based questions. Then I was invited to meet with the hiring managers for another interview which took an hour. Very professional interview and I felt it went well, which to my disbelief it did not. I was not offered the position but was led to believe I was. I was told when the start date was and specific details about the position and left feeling that I was being considered. I had to contact the HR person later to find out the position had been filled and was asked, "Didn't you get the disposition letter?". I stated I did not. They found someone who was a better fit for the position. Basically someone who would work for 12$ per hour and drink the Koolaid. Farmers actually did me a favor by not hiring me. . Good Luck if you stay in this field. Its very cruel.
