My process for the Med / Pip Rep position started with a IQ test which was followed up by a phone interview. The phone interview was a behavioral based interview and the person on the phone was very friendly and asked the basics like; tell my a time when you have delt with a difficult customer, tell me about an adversity overcome, goals exceeded, ect. After the phone interview I was asked to come in for an in person interview and it was conducted by a two person panel. They asked scripted behavioral questions from their packet and wanted me to be very specific about details for all my questions and how they applied to my previous work experience. I would admit I am not a fan of the behavioral questions and how I feel it is about rehearsing stories to apply to their questions rather than actually communicating with the interviewers.
