1st Stage: Phone Interview for 15 min, questions mainly regarding your education, work experience and other things stated on resume. 2nd Stage: Assessment centre test. 1 hr MCQ aptitude test on basic IT knowledge, behavioral questions and IQ test questions. 1 hr sets and venn diagram test including shading of areas and calculation of set cardinality. 15 min math test of basic arithmetic. 3rd Stage: Skype interview.
