Interview
about 2 weeks, 3 different interviews. First one by phone with someone from hr, then an interview via zoom with 3 different people. and the third one was with fdm's client
They want you to do well and give good interview advice beforehand. There was a strength based, pre - recorded interview first, then a one on one interview later. The important thing seemed to be being concise and providing real examples to backup your points.
Had to go through a phone call interview and then after that I had to go through a video interview and then after that had a few face to face interviews
They just wanna see that you're passionate about whatever stream you're on and you should be fine. They have quite a bit of enthusiasm, so you should be able to bounce off of them nicely.
