The interview process is a recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, then panel interview with multiple people. The interviews each last about 45 minutes. You talk to multiple people and are given the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

Interview
Zoom interviews with non-local Recruiters and the hiring manager. Everyone was friendly and authentic. They had structured questions but were not intimidating. Coordination was very good and I joined the company in large part because of my experience.
