I found the job on a social media site. I applied online and had an initial phone interview scheduled within a few days. The employee that interviewed me was very friendly and I felt overall it went very well. Questions were very professional and to the point. Nothing really unusual or off topic.

Long proess. Was in the hiring process for 2 months with 5 interviews. Didn't get a lot of feedback and insight. Felt a little lead on with the consistent interviews.

Interview
First was a call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute interview with the department lead and two panels with two people, an hour each. Panels were assigned one by one. In case you fail the first one, you are out of the competition.
