I was very skeptical about EA after reading reviews how they seem to lead people on in an unprofessional way, never contacting again or acting as if the position never existed. Shortly after applying I was contacted to set up time for a phone call. The HR Rep was calm, polite, and explained she would be typing out my answers so she wouldn't be responding to my answers much. She asked about myself and experience. Asked typical stress questions, what environments have I been in before. She went through a questionnaire. This was a contract position and she was honest about how that would affect the process, pay, etc. The exact campaign this position related to was explained in detail. She said the reporting manager would actually be in my area and would contact me but never did.
