I completed four rounds of interviews, followed by a 3–4 week period with no communication. After multiple follow-ups, I eventually received a standard rejection email from recruiter without any feedback.
The initial interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager were positive and felt constructive. However, the later rounds focused heavily on memorization-based questions, such as definitions and exact syntax, rather than practical problem-solving or senior-level experience.
Overall, the lack of communication at the end and the emphasis on rote memorization, after a significant time investment, left a disappointing impression of the hiring process.
