Interview
Human resourses phone interview was a challenge, but the FA interview was even harder. I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years with not job expierense so that made it hard for me. I do work as an on-call at EDJ looking for a full time position. Even though I've worked there for a year the interview process is still difficult.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you tried to understand the reason for another person's reaction in a given situation. Explain in detail.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
