Interview
The person who hired me was very quick and efficient, but the recruiting department took 6 weeks to process all of my onboarding, which means I couldn’t start in my position for six weeks after my interview.

Question 1
Interviewer asked about my goals and if I would be willing to stay on board for longer than 3 years
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
