Phone call, pointed questions- Most important was, do you have a business plan. If you do, you can answer with confidence. If you are not prepared with a business plan this can be a tough question. Marketing and prospecting is the most difficult part of the job starting out. Compliance questions and can I get a license.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
