Interview
I was referred to an office by a regional director and made contact with the hiring FA. I had to wait nearly one month to get a phone interview with headquarters. It was about 20 minutes long and pretty simple, asking questions about past experiences. Another week and half went by and I had the 1:1 interview. It was longer but the same type of questions were asked

Question 1
Tell about an experience where you had two different jobs to do and had to decide which took priority. How did you make the decision and what was the outcome?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
