Interview
Application includes a long personality test. Home office sets up an initial phone interview with BOA recruiting, if you pass that then you have 2 interviews with the financial advisor. Home office calls with an offer after the second interview, background checks and finger printing take a couple of weeks to process before you can start in the branch. My total hiring from start to finish took about 1.5 months.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had difficulty communicating with someone. How did you solve it?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
