I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very structured. Looking to understand strengths and weaknesses, but more importantly whether you fit the company culture and business values. It can be quite a long process followed by the background check, but worth it in the end.
