Interview
Couple of phone interviews, online assessment and an assessment center. Phone interviews comprised of general fit based questions, online assessment was a standard SHL structure and the assessment center comprised of a manager interview and group activity.

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
