Interview
Hirevue style process. Some behavioural multiple choice ranking questions, videos to watch and recorded video answers. it was very similar to many other accountancies that you will most likely be applying to at some point in your life.

Question 1
How would you work in a team with people from different backgrounds?
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
behavioural questions
The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
