Interview
I applied through my school's career services. I met them at the Career Fair, and got an interview after applying through the school's website. I did an interview on campus, then was invited back for the second round interview. Very comfortable interview environment. I was interviewed with 3 people at the Chicago Office (back to back). Everyone was very friendly. They just want to know what kind of person you are, and whether or not you're willing to work hard with them.

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
