Interview
The interview usually consists 3 steps:
1.Online game assessment test: numerical, verbal and english test.
2. interview with HR specialist (if the candidate passes the test)
3. Interview with managers of the internship.
Was normal/good. The test was not easy for me (consisted in economics).
Interviews were easy and good.

Question 1
Asked to tell them about myself, my education and work experience. English is not my native language, so some of the questions were aimed to check my language level.
They usually ask if the candidate is ready to work overtime (not paid in my country).

The interview was conducted in two rounds. The HR representative was friendly, and the questions asked were skill-based. The questions asked were situational, testing the relevance of our skills to the situations faced.

It was an online interview. Overall ,it was a great experience and it went smooth & hassle free. I was able to answer to every question that was thrown at me.

It was a communicative, interactive, easy-going, comfortable, and organised experience. About half an hour long and approximately ten to fifteen questions about the person and technical approaches in HR recruitment (KPI, strategies, ATS)
