Interview
Had several phone 1-1 interviews, all of them very conversational and easy going. Really made me feel comfortable and that EY would be a good place to work. Also conveyed to me that they were very serious about getting the job done, but at the same time there was a good work environment in place. interviewed for the PI practice within advisory, and all the questions were very fit and behavioral.

Can you give an example of when you had a lot of work to get done? How did you handle the situation? How do handle those situations?
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
