Interview
The first round interview was on campus, second round was in the office. There was a pre-interview dinner the night before with staff and other candidates. There were three interviews back to back. Two of them were with a manager/senior manager and the third was a panel interview with staff 1s - senior 1s. Went to lunch, came back and they told us if we got an offer.

round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
