Interview
I applied online through campus recruiting and through EY's website. I was then was notified that I had an on campus interview. The interview was pretty straight forward with us talking about my resume and a couple of behavioral questions. I received an email a week later saying that I was not selected for a second round interview.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
