Interview
This interview process was one of the best! I was applying for Discover EY and got an interview for an internship. I interviewed with a Senior Manager & a Partner. Be yourself and you will get an offer! Explain your resume with details and how it relates to you. Make sure to ask questions. EY is a people firm so they are looking for not only smart people but people who can hold a conversation. I got the offer a day later.

Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
