Final offer was ridiculously lower than the expectations, despite I had shared in advance clearly my needs

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We scheduled a day and time to discuss the opening. I never received a call from the recruiter. I do not remember her excuse but she then decided to reschedule our call 2 weeks out and by then, the role had been filled. Extremely unprofessional.
