Dematic interview questions

Had 2 interviews, one with the recruiter, one with the manager. Recruiter was super informal, rocking in their chair and trying to act casual. Asked follow up questions I wasn't impressed with such as asking if the compensation I was asking for was similar or a lot higher than what I currently make. My current compensation shouldn't matter if my expected salary is within the posted range. You're paying for my skills not my current companies compensation package. Or asking for internal details of my current role which there is no reason for me to disclose details of how the business is operating. 2nd interview with the manager was better. Had a lot more knowledge of the role and had clear expectations

Interview process consisted of 4 parts: recruiter phone screen (they will ask some stuff about Kion values, just pick one of 4 and make something up), hiring manager, take home test, resume grilling and a simple live code to fetch data from an API and loop through it. hiring manager step was just talking about previous experiences. the take home test consist of 3 questions a OOP Typescript, a cypher code challenge and a simple one to count characters. the live interview was basically fetching data from an API, looping through the values and print them.
