After applying for the job, hr will reach out to you later via email with a coding challenge that involves developing a responsive CRUD web application using Next.js and NestJS, along with writing unit tests. You also have to focus a lot on UX because some of the provided UI designs have minor gaps, requiring you to think from a user’s perspective, for example, adding a "continue as guest" button where necessary. On the backend side, the challenge expects you to structure your NestJS code well, handling requests, responses, errors, and interceptors properly to ensure a clean and maintainable api. You have 7 days to complete it.
If you pass, hr will contact you for a short screening interview. After that, you move on to the technical skill round, where the questions range from mid to hard difficulty, mostly based on real-world experience and how you would handle different scenarios. If you clear this round, the final step is an interview with the CEO. The atmosphere is relaxed, with no pressure, and everyone is friendly throughout the process.
