Very unorganized. Indicative of how the company operates. I was contacted by a recruiter, then directly by a Dane Street employee one business day later. That was my first time ever hearing of Dane Street. I hadn't even followed up with the recruiter to go over the position more as we had discussed. No resume was provided or requested. The Dane Street employee I spoke with "sold" me on the job but sounded desperate looking back. I was asked to go to their Palm Beach Gardens office (4 hr drive each way) to meet the hiring manager. I did, and the guy/kid running the department became irritated whenever pay and benefits were brought up.
Prior to making the 8 hr round trip drive, I was sure to check with my original Dane Street point of contact to make sure my requested salary was communicated to the hiring manager so if my request was an issue/ unreasonable, it would save us all time. He assured me he had. That was also a lie. Thanks for your professionalism.
A few minutes in, I got the impression they were just trolling for new leads in the "interview" which lasted under 40 minutes. Hiring manager said there was another candidate under consideration and advised next steps would be online assessments. I never received a follow up call or email from any parties, even after calling myself for an update. The recruiter that initiated this complete waste of time had no idea what was going on.
Long short: Dane Street has zero respect for your time. Trust your gut (and everything you read on this site under 4 stars). I've contacted every potential "lead" I mentioned in the interview to advise of this organization's lack of... organization and respect. Can't imagine what their work product is like.

Very brief phone "interview " If you can even call it that. Required video interview. This company wasted my time with this video interview process. Especially because I could drive to their office for a face to face interview in less than 3o minutes, Meanwhile it took two days with multiple computer applications to get this Spark hire application to even work for me. The lighting on the video interview was horrible.
The worst part , in my opinion was the lack of any response at all back from the company.
It really makes one wonder if the whole interview process was some kind of scam. Not impressed . Very impersonal and unprofessional. The very least they could do is thank applicants for their time . Meanwhile, I've already gotten another job. Seems like I may have dodged a bullet , anyway. The one or two reviews that are positive seem like they were written by an HR rep or a PR person.
